1. Role of Sclaro
2. No liability for intermediated services
In particular, Sclaro accepts no liability for:
- the services offered (activities, accommodation, boat rental, events etc.)
- price information provided by the provider
- stated availability
- cancellations or rebookings by the provider
- the proper performance of the activity
- damage arising in the relationship between provider and guest
Solely the respective provider is responsible for all of the above points.
3. Liability for own content
Sclaro is liable for its own content on the platform in accordance with general law. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for simple negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage for this type of contract. Liability for injury to life, body and health and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.
4. Platform availability
Sclaro strives for the highest possible availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security updates and disruptions within the responsibility of third parties (hosting, Stripe, OneSignal, Maps) may lead to temporary restrictions.
5. Third-party content & external links
The platform contains third-party content (in particular provider content, event sources, maps). Sclaro does not adopt this content as its own and accepts no responsibility for its accuracy. The operators of external links are solely responsible for them.
6. Damage between provider and guest
Claims arising from or in connection with the intermediated service — including personal injury, property damage or financial loss — must be asserted exclusively against the respective provider. See also the Booking Terms.
