1. What are affiliate links?
Sclaro contains some so-called affiliate links (partner links). If you click on such a link and then complete a booking or purchase with the linked partner company, Sclaro may receive a commission.

3. Contracting party of the booking
Bookings, reservations or purchases are made exclusively with the respective partner company. Sclaro acts merely as an intermediary platform and is not itself a contracting party of the intermediated service.
The partner company alone is responsible for processing, payment, cancellation, warranty and the actual performance of the service. The Disclaimer and the Booking Terms also apply.
4. Labelling of affiliate links
Wherever possible, we clearly label affiliate links on the respective detail pages (e.g. with the note „Partner link" or a corresponding icon). In addition, this general notice is permanently accessible via the platform footer.
5. Relationship to free listings
Whether an offer is displayed as a free, Premium or Featured listing is independent of whether an affiliate link is stored. Sclaro takes no commission on bookings between guest and provider via the platform itself; affiliate commissions arise exclusively from external partner programmes.
6. Data protection for affiliate links
When you click on an affiliate link, you leave the Sclaro platform and are redirected to the partner company. From that point on, the respective partner's privacy policy applies. The partner may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute the referral. Details on how Sclaro processes your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
