1. Sclaro as intermediary
2. Booking process
- The guest selects an offer and sends a booking request via the form or the calendar.
- Sclaro forwards the request to the provider by e-mail and (if enabled) push notification.
- The provider confirms, modifies or declines the request.
- The guest receives the confirmation with the provider's contact details.
- The guest receives a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract for the booked service is only concluded upon the provider's express confirmation — not when the request is sent. The provider's terms are authoritative for the content of the contract and any supplementary terms and conditions of the provider.
4. Payment methods
Payment on site
By default, payment is made directly to the provider on site in cash or by card, according to what the provider accepts.
Online payment via the provider
If the provider offers online payments, these are processed via the provider's own Stripe account. Sclaro is neither the payee nor a trustee. The provider is solely the issuer of the invoice.
5. Cancellation & rebooking
Cancellation and rebooking conditions are determined by the respective provider. They are stated in the offer or in the booking confirmation. Cancellations should be made directly with the provider or via the booking confirmation; Sclaro is not authorised to accept cancellation declarations on behalf of the provider.
6. No-show
If the guest does not appear at the booked appointment without prior cancellation, the provider may charge the agreed fee in full or in part. Sclaro does not assume this claim.
7. Communication
Communication between guest and provider takes place by e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp or via the platform. Clicks on phone/WhatsApp/website buttons are counted anonymously for statistics; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibilities
- The provider is solely responsible for the performance, safety and quality of the service.
- The guest is responsible for correct contact details and punctual attendance.
- Sclaro accepts no liability for defects in the intermediated service — see the Disclaimer.
9. Complaints
Complaints must primarily be raised directly with the provider. If there are indications of systematic violations, the guest can inform Sclaro via /kontakt; Sclaro will review and may restrict the provider's offer.
