Villanova Truschedu

Villanova Truschedu, known in the Sardinian language as Bidda Noa Truschedu, is a small municipality in the province of Oristano in western Sardinia. The village is located in the historical region of Barigadu and has a population of approximately 292 inhabitants. Covering an area of about 16.5 square kilometres, the site represents a typical settlement structure of the Sardinian inland. The municipality is situated northeast of the provincial capital, Oristano, and offers a striking landscape due to its position along the Tirso river.
