Torpè is a Sardinian municipality located in the province of Nuoro, in the northeastern part of the island. The town is strategically positioned about 45 kilometers northeast of the provincial capital Nuoro and roughly 160 kilometers from the regional capital Cagliari. The municipality of Torpè is characterized by its location on the northeastern coast of Sardinia. Its territory borders several significant neighboring towns: to the north lie San Teodoro and Padru, while the eastern border meets Budoni and Posada. To the west, the village borders Lodè, and to the south, the municipality of Siniscola. This geographical positioning makes Torpè a link between the famous coastal regions and the mountainous hinterland of the Nuoro province.
