Dolmen di Sa Coveccada

The Dolmen of Sa Coveccada is an outstanding example of prehistoric architecture in Sardinia. This megalithic tomb monument, of the "rectangular plan dolmen with frontal doorway" type, was constructed from large blocks of pink-grey tufa. Its impressive dimensions – approximately 5 meters long, 2.50 meters wide, and 2.70 meters high – make it one of the largest and most significant dolmens on the island.
