Girasole

Girasole is a peaceful municipality located on the Italian island of Sardinia within the Province of Ogliastra. Home to approximately 1,400 residents, the town is situated in the eastern part of the island. The community is defined by its proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea coast and its location just north of the regional hub, Tortolì. As part of the autonomous region of Sardinia, Girasole offers a quiet, village-like atmosphere closely connected to the surrounding natural environment.
