Spiaggia di Poglina

Spiaggia di Poglina, often affectionately called Spiaggia Corallo or La Speranza, is a coastal stretch about one kilometer long in the municipality of Villanova Monteleone, just about 15 kilometers from Alghero. This beach marks the beginning of the picturesque Coral Riviera and captivates with its fine, light sand gently sloping into the clear, bright blue sea. The bay is relatively sheltered but can also be a bit wavy depending on the wind direction.

Visitors appreciate the spaciousness of the beach, even though it can get busier during peak season, especially in August. The shallow waters make Spiaggia di Poglina an ideal spot for families with children. Along the beach, sandy sections alternate with smaller rock formations, providing variety. Occasionally, services such as sunbed and umbrella rentals are available, increasing comfort.
