Spiaggia del morto

Cala del Morto is a hidden gem on the southern coast of Sardinia, near Domus de Maria. This small cove enchants with its golden sand gently sloping into crystal-clear, turquoise waters. The surrounding Mediterranean scrub and rock formations create an intimate and natural atmosphere perfect for relaxation. It is a rather secluded beach, often reached via paths from neighboring beaches such as Monte Cogone or Campana Dune. The name 'Spiaggia del Morto' (Beach of the Dead) is said to derive from a cross among the rocks.
