Der Nuraghe S'Ega Marteddu ist eine Nuraghenfestung, die auf einem Hügel direkt über dem Zentrum von Maladroxia errichtet wurde. Er besteht aus einem Mastio (Hauptturm) und einem Bastion mit drei seitlichen Türmen, die nur teilweise erhalten sind. Aufgrund der Lage an der Mündung des Rio Maladroxia wird er auch S'Ega 'e Marteddu genannt.
