Lido di Orri

Lido di Orrì is one of the most famous and beloved beach sections in the Ogliastra region, located about four kilometers from the center of Tortolì. It is characterized by its exceptionally fine, white to golden sand, which feels almost impalpable. Along the coast, a picturesque landscape extends, shaped by the typical Mediterranean scrub, which gives the beach a natural frame.

The water at Lido di Orrì is impressively clear and shimmers in various shades of turquoise and blue. Particularly notable is the shallow access to the sea, which extends over the first 300 meters. This makes the beach a safe and ideal place for families with small children, who can splash and play here carefree. Sometimes the beach divides into smaller coves, offering additional privacy.

The beach is well-equipped and offers visitors various amenities. There are several nice beach bars and cafés that provide refreshments and small snacks. Despite its popularity, Lido di Orrì retains its natural charm and invites visitors to relax and enjoy the Sardinian sun. The combination of fine sand, clear water, and good infrastructure makes it a top destination on the east coast.
